If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we’ll make it right.

We believe streetwear is personal — you should feel proud wearing it. If it doesn’t hit the way you expected, we got you.


1. SHIPPING TIMES

Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping.

Order Processing

Every order goes through:

  • production
  • quality control
  • packaging

Processing usually takes 2–4 business days before shipment.

Shipping

After processing, orders are shipped directly to your doorstep.

Estimated delivery:

  • USA: 5–9 business days
  • International: may vary depending on destination

Please note:

  • Holiday periods may cause delays
  • Shipping carriers may experience issues outside our control
  • We guarantee shipment and delivery support, but not exact arrival dates

If your package is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll help immediately.


2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES — NO STRESS, NO DRAMA

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can request:

  • a replacement
  • an exchange
  • store credit
  • or a return

within 14 days of delivery.

We Accept Returns & Exchanges If:

  • You received the wrong size
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged
  • Print quality is defective
  • The item doesn’t meet expectations
  • You simply changed your mind
  • You’re just not feeling it

No weird excuses needed.

We want you wearing No Mercy Barrio with confidence.


3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unworn
  • Item must be unwashed
  • Original condition required

Please contact us before returning any item.


4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your item arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • incorrect

email us within 14 days with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue

We’ll replace it ASAP at no additional cost.


5. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled ONLY before entering production.

Once production begins, the order is already being made specifically for you and can no longer be canceled.


6. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item arrived damaged
  • the wrong item was sent
  • or the mistake was ours
